It's unlikely but possible you ordered a Smart Block Pin from us and they break quickly.
But if it does happen you can follow these steps:
1- First, you must contact Anemo with the following information:
SBP reference and lot number
Order n° and delivery note n°
Quantity of broken ball lock pins
Pictures
Videos if possible
Conditions of use of the ball lock pin
Position of the ball lock pins and the forces experienced by the cutting axis
Maximum information on the mechanical/vibratory and thermal stresses experienced by the spindle
2- Upon receipt of the above information, we will quickly carry out an initial assessment.
3- Broken pins must be returned to us for the second examination.
4- After assessment, we will organize the replacement of the pins with the appropriate correction or we will offer you a more suitable solution.


Depending on the conclusions of the expertise, production costs may be requested from you to replace the pins.
